Zac Efron parties in Canada

Zac Efron has enjoyed a wild night out in Vancouver.

The 'High School Musical' actor - who has been desperate to shed his clean cut image in recent months - shocked onlookers by drinking a variety of alcoholic beverages during an evening with friends at Canadian night spot Opus Bar.

A source told entertainment blog FOX411: "They were all about partying. They were downing one Bitter Cherry Salome Sour after another, until they moved on to super strong Belvedere vodka and sodas.

"They looked like they were really celebrating!"

The 21-year-old star and his pals insisted on toasting each other whenever one of them went to the bar and came back with another drink.

Zac has previously claimed he tries to keep his partying in check as he does not want it to interfere with his career.

He has said: "There's a time for celebration and I partake, sure. But, you know, it's important not to let that become too big of a distraction. The more you have access to, the harder it is to remain focused.

"I do not want to fall victim to that, it's too easy and too often done. It's out of style anyway. I think the rebellious thing to do would to actually be successful."

Sex tape censor Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton wants to warn young girls not to make "humiliating" sex tapes.

The blonde socialite was devastated when X-rated footage of her and ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon surfaced in 2003 and has vowed to stop other girls from agreeing to film themselves engaging in sex acts to please their lovers.

She said: "I want young girls to never put themselves in that situation I was in. Don't ever let someone talk you into doing something you don't want to do."

She added: "I was humiliated, embarrassed and in shock that it happened. It wasn't my fault, it was something that someone did to me, so I've just learned to be a strong woman and nothing can hurt me at this point.

"It was definitely very painful. When you trust someone and love someone - for them to do that to you, it's really hard. It's something that bothers me everyday."

The 28-year-old hotel heiress - who receives a percentage of profits from the footage, which was eventually released as a DVD entitled 'One Night In Paris' - discussed the incident in a documentary about her rise to fame.

Paris wants to use the MTV programme 'Paris, Not France' to clear up misconceptions about her party-girl lifestyle.

She explained: "I think there are a lot of people that have misconceptions about me. They assume I'm just a party girl and they don't realise there's a business behind it. I've created this over the past 10 years.

"I think when people haven't met me they might think that I'm spoiled, that I'm a brat, that I haven't worked for what I have. I've worked very hard for what I've achieved. None of this was given to me. I've done it all by myself."

Avril Lavigne ready to "mellow out and sing"

Avril Lavigne performs during her "Best Damn Tour" concert in Singapore September 7, 2008.

Get ready to hear a softer side of Avril Lavigne.

The Canadian pop singer tells Billboard.com that she's taking a more serious, stripped-down approach to her fourth studio album, tentatively slated for a November release on RCA.

"A lot of the songs are mainly the acoustic and my vocal," says Lavigne of the as-yet-untitled project. "It's a lot different from anything I've done before. It's not a pop-rock record. This is more about emotion and feeling."

Lavigne's husband (and Sum 41 frontman) Deryck Whibley produced eight of the album's projected 12 tracks, half of which she wrote by her herself. For the other half, she's been working with former bandmate Evan Taubenfield and songwriter/producer Butch Walker, who co-penned her 2004 single "My Happy Ending."

"I'm kind of just keeping it in the family with all of my close friends," says Lavigne, whose last album, 2007's "The Best Damn Thing," has sold 1.6 million copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. "I started this record off really slow, just writing songs at home on my piano. I didn't work with a ton of people this time."

The album's first single hasn't been confirmed, but the 25-year-old Lavigne says it could "possibly" be a song that emerged from the TV commercial for her new Black Star fragrance, which will go on sale in the U.S. this fall.

"It's the first song that I recorded for this record," she says. "It's kind of like a lullaby." The ethereal, piano-driven chorus originally was written just for the ad, but Lavigne has since decided to turn it into a full recording.

Another track on the album, "Darlin,'" was written when Lavigne was 15 years old and still unsigned. "It was probably the second song I (ever) wrote; I was trying to figure it all out," she recalls. "It's really special to me."

The more mature-sounding "Everybody Hurts," meanwhile, boasts weighty guitar riffs, impressive vocals and comforting lyrics like "It's okay to be afraid." Lavigne describes the track as "different -- but not different to stray away from who I am and what I am."

Lavigne is also keeping busy these days with Abbey Dawn, a juniors clothing line that sells at Kohl's stores in the U.S. "The design process has been crazy," says Lavigne, who conceptualizes all the items in the line herself. "I just love clothes and colors and patterns. I'm very visual and very hands-on." The singer will launch the line in Canada next month and hopes to bring it to Europe and Japan.

For now, though, Lavigne's primary focus remains her music. She expects to tour North America in February, and she won't be bringing any backup dancers on the road this time. Instead, she'd like to keep the vibe of her live shows similar to that of the album.

"I want to do a cool theater tour in America because I feel it will really suit this record," she says. "I'm ready to go out there and just mellow out and sing."

Timberlake christens eco-friendly golf course

This image provided by Picture Group shows Justin Timberlake at the opening of the Mirimichi Golf Course, which he founded, on Friday July 24, 2009, in Memphis, Tenn.

Justin Timberlake celebrated the opening of his renovated, environmentally friendly golf course in style on the 10th tee — by smacking his drive 291 yards.

The singer and actor smiled Saturday after the tee-off, saying "nobody's happier about this course" than he is.

Timberlake was the first to play a round at his Mirimichi golf course near Memphis, Tenn., after he spent $16 million renovating the course to make it more eco-friendly.

Timberlake drew a crowd of about 50 onlookers after starting an early round of 18 holes at 7:30 a.m.

He played Saturday with his mother, stepfather and an old family friend from Tennessee.

The Memphis native got the idea to buy the course from his dad back in 2007.

Amy Winehouse 'died' in Blake's arms

Amy Winehouse "died" after a three-day drug binge, her estranged husband has claimed.

Blake Fielder-Civil has revealed he thought Amy had passed away "in his arms" as the pair got high in London in August 2007.

Blake, 27, claims he and Amy - who have been granted a decree nisi and will finalise their divorce in just over four weeks - had been taking heroin and crack cocaine without sleep for days when the singer collapsed.

He told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I was terrified. We were sitting on the bed talking. Her eyes suddenly went blank. She started having a fit on the bed. I was panicking. I didn't know how to help her. I was out of it on drugs as well, and was sobbing and crying out, 'Amy!'

"She had an awful look on her face then suddenly she just passed out and stopped breathing. It was the most frightening thing I had ever seen. I felt sure I was watching her die right in front of me. I didn't know what to do or how to save her. I held her to me and I thought she was dying in my arms."

Blake eventually "came to his senses" and started CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), reviving the dying star.

He revealed: "I was panicking but I somehow managed to open her mouth and breathe air down her throat. At first nothing happened then she spluttered and I saw her chest rise."

But as soon as she regained consciousness, Blake claims Amy begged for more drugs, even as she was in a taxi being rushed to hospital.

He added: "I loved her so much. I couldn't bear for her to die in front of me. She had everything going for her but she ended up behaving badly just to shock. After a while that just becomes a bore. I'd warned her to stop but she always wanted to keep on taking the drugs."

Emma Watson thanks wizard author

Emma Watson feels blessed to have J.K. Rowling in her life.

The 'Harry Potter' actress - who plays clever student Hermione Granger in the movie franchise - has grown close to the author behind the boy wizard books and enjoys working with her.

She said: "In the earlier years she was still writing the books and also had a young child, so she was really busy. But now she can be more involved and it's more of a pleasure. She has been around more, and we are quite similar in a way, so she has been nice to talk to. She's been very caring and is genuinely a really lovely woman. It's just wonderful to have her in my life."

The 19-year-old beauty also admitted she will have a "big hole" in her life when the 'Harry Potter' films come to an end but she is confident the franchise will continue to entertain future generations.

She explained: "Yes, there will be a big hole. But I think you underestimate the longevity of the series. I think they are making a theme park and new generations of children will keep reading the books and hopefully watching the films - everyone has tried to make sure they'll be classics."

Rihanna secretly seeing Chris?

Rihanna and her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have sparked rumours they have rekindled their romance.

The pair - who are barred from contacting each other after Chris pleaded guilty to felony assault last month following his altercation with Rihanna last February - both reportedly stayed at Manhattan's Trump International Hotel and Tower over the weekend. The New York Post newspaper reports: "The two spent the weekend at the same luxury Midtown hotel under a cloak of secrecy.

"They spent the next two days coming and going in separate chauffeured vehicles from the underground garage of the 52-story Columbus Circle building. The two appear to have taken great measures to avoid public exposure, including the use of decoy vehicles to throw off reporters and photographers."

Rihanna and Chris were not seen together during their stay at the luxury establishment, and checked into separate bedrooms.

Chris was spotted leaving the hotel to go to the cinema with pals on Friday (24.07.09), and also spent time with friends in Harlem.

Rihanna, 21, enjoyed a meal with seven companions, and was believed to be looking for a new apartment in New York.

Chris, 20, is understood to have checked out of the hotel on Saturday (25.07.09), with one of his entourage claiming his decision was because "Rihanna had checked in".

The 'Run It' singer reached a plea bargain for attacking the Barbados-born beauty before his case went to trial.

Under the terms of the agreement, Chris is the subject of a restraining order which sees him banned from coming within 50 yards of the 'Umbrella' singer.

If he is found to have violated the terms, he might lose the plea bargain - which saw him receive five years probation and 180 days of community labour rather than any jail time - and be charged with a misdemeanour.

Chris' lawyer Mark Geragos did not know where his client was when questioned, and would only say: "I don't want to be quoted on something hypothetical."

Last week, Chris posted a clip on video sharing website YouTube in which he apologised for the "inexcusable" assault.

Conrad Murray investigated for manslaughter

Michael Jackson's doctor is being investigated by police for manslaughter.

Dr. Conrad Murray - who was with the 50-year-old pop icon when he died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month, and tried to revive him with CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) - has been named in court papers filed in Houston yesterday (23.07.09).

It is the first time records have shown Murray is being formally investigated by police, although he has previously been questioned about the events leading up to Jackson's death.

On Wednesday (22.07.09), police and officers from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) raided Murray's Houston offices looking for "items constituting evidence of the offense of manslaughter".

According to reports items seized from the storage unit included "two computer hard drives, a Medical Board certificate, letters to a former employee, a list of contacts and papers pertaining to his practice. Among those is a 'suspension notice from Doctor's Hospital' and 'papers regarding incomplete chart at Doctor's Hospital'."

An administrative assistant at Houston's Doctor's Hospital confirmed Murray is suspended at the moment, but insisted it was over a routine matter that "probably had something to do with a chart that needs to be signed".

Other items taken were two drug vials, 27 phentermine - which suppresses appetite - tablets, one pill of muscle relaxant clonazepam, a rolodex, a computer and emails.

The emails are thought to be of high importance in any investigation against Murray.

Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson said: "The emails are key. What did Dr. Murray say to other people after Michael Jackson died? And was it he that ordered the drugs. The paperwork always wins these cases and the emails are critical. By this time next week, we'll have a better idea."

It has been claimed the warrant means police are already aware of the findings of the preliminary autopsy report, including which drugs Jackson was taking at the time of his death.

According to reports, police are focusing their investigation on the 50-year-old singer's use of the anaesthetic Propofol, which is used to put patients to sleep before surgery.

Reports suggest the autopsy results will be released next week, and homicide will be stated as the cause of death.

Gossip website TMZ reports: "We're told the coroner himself will make the call mid-week, after he gets the final toxicology report from an outside consultant. But based on the draft report as well as what has become 'clear evidence' causes other than homicide - natural, accidental, accidental overdose and suicide - have been ruled out.

"We're told both the coroner and police have significant evidence that Propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop."

Prince Michael watched dad die

Michael Jackson's eldest son was forced to watch his father die, the singer's family have claimed.

The pop superstar's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, allegedly made 12-year-old Prince Michael I watch his attempts to resuscitate him after he suffered a suspected cardiac arrest as he wanted a witness.

However, the Jackson family believe Michael had already been dead for at least two hours and Murray's actions left Prince "understandably traumatised".

Dr. Hoefflin, a family friend speaking on behalf of Michael's mother Katherine, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I have been told by the family and from talking to the children that on the day Michael died, Dr. Murray actually got one of the Jackson children - it was Prince Michael I - to personally come into the bedroom to watch him perform CPR on his father.

"The family have told me Dr. Murray ensured Prince Michael understood the CPR procedure and that he was doing it correctly. It is the family's belief that this was intended to show a member of Michael's family that he was trying to bring Michael back to life.

"In my opinion Dr Murray should have known Michael was already dead and I believe that is the reason he didn't move him from the bed to the harder surface of the floor to perform CPR."

Lily Allen dating decorator

Lily Allen is dating a painter-and-decorator.

The 'Fear' singer - who has previously dated Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons, record executive Seb Chew and art dealer Jay Jopling - is reportedly romancing house painter Sam Cooper after wanting a boyfriend who was closer to her own age and out of the limelight.

"Lily is tired of only ever being involved with well-known men. She wanted to go out with someone her own age who isn't involved in music or media.

"Sam works hard as a painter and decorator and leads a totally normal life. Lily is completely smitten with him. They have known each other for a while but have only just started dating properly."

The couple made their first public appearance on Tuesday (21.07.09) when they joined artist Damien Hirst - a friend of the 24-year-old singer's family - for dinner at London restaurant Scott's.

Despite Sam reportedly being just a few years older than the 'Smile' singer, Lily recently said she expected her next lover to be 60 years old.

She said: "It's funny because my boyfriends have gone up in terms of age and how much money they make.

"Lester Lloyd was a 20-year-old DJ and had no money, Seb Chew was 30 and had a bit more as a record executive, Ed Simons was 40 and had a bit more and Jay is pushing 50.

"That means the next one is probably going to be 60. I like them old and rich."

Amy Winehouse not guilty

Amy Winehouse has been found not guilty of assaulting dancer Sherene Flash.

The 'Back to Black' singer - who was accused of punching Sherene, 30, "forcefully" in the eye at a charity ball, in London, last September -blew kisses at fans and photographers as she left the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court today (24.07.09) with her father Mitch.

A spokesman for the 25-year-old singer said: "Amy would like to thank her family, friends and legal team for their support during this difficult time. She's always maintained her innocence and is very happy to move on with her life and put the episode behind her."

Yesterday (23.07.09), Amy told the courtroom she had only pushed Sherene away from her at the Berkeley Square Ball because she felt "intimidated" after the burlesque dancer "lunged" at her for a photograph.

Amy's lawyer Patrick Gibbs insisted the star should not have been made to face trial at all because several witnesses had told police she had not punched Sherene.

He said: "The main injury here was probably to Miss Flash's pride. Maybe she had been made to look silly in front of friends and colleagues."

The 'Rehab' singer missed her grandmother's funeral yesterday while she was in the dock.

However, Amy did join friends and family to remember her grandmother Esther after her court appearance.

Esther - who was 86 when she died - had been suffering from Alzheimer's Disease for the past year.

Amy's grieving mother Janis said: "The family enjoys a close bond, and Amy is very much at the centre of it. She couldn't interrupt the court case, but was determined to be with me and her relatives at the first opportunity."

Michael Jackson begged for drug

Michael Jackson begged his doctor for the drug Propofol even though he knew it could kill him.

Dr. Dwayne James claims he warned the 'Thriller' singer about the dangers of the substance just months before he died, but he continued to ask for it to help him sleep.

James said: "Michael asked, 'Can you get it for me? I need it so bad, the stuff knocks me out, it's great.'

"He didn't seem to care that I was telling him it was dangerous. He said, 'But I've had it before, I slept so well, like a baby.'

"I immediately told him that Propofol was dangerous and he should never take it at home, it could kill him. He didn't seem to care that I was telling him it was dangerous."

The singer died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month aged 50 after allegedly ingesting a cocktail of prescription drugs including dangerous painkiller Demerol and anaesthetic Propofol - also called Diprivan.

James refused the 'King of Pop' when he phoned him to ask for Propofol - an intravenously administered drug, reserved for hospital use with trained medical professionals.

James added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Michael said he desperately wanted to get hold of the drug.

"There was no convincing him. What struck me was that he didn't seem to have any fear about taking Propofol, despite everything I was saying."

The doctor sent a nurse, Cherilyn Lee, to care for the singer.

Lee claims Jackson was still begging her to help him acquire Propofol just days before his death on June 25.

She said: "Jackson said, 'Find me an anaesthesiologist. I don't care how much money they want. Find me an anaesthesiologist to be with me here overnight and give me this IV.'

"I said, 'This is not a safe medicine, please don't take it. I would not give it to anyone.' "

The main focus of the police investigation into Jackson's death is his use of Propofol and Demerol and who was administering it.

His personal doctors, Conrad Murray - who was with the singer when he died and has been revealed to be the subject of a manslaughter investigation - and Arnold Klein have both been spoken to by Los Angeles police and both have had their offices raided to seize medical records this week.

Mischa Barton sees Life postponed

Mischa Barton's new TV show has been postponed.

Shooting on 'The Beautiful Life' was due to start on July 22, but it has been delayed after it was claimed sets for the show have not been completed in time.

It has been denied Mischa's hospitalistion under an involuntary psychiatric hold order at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last week is to blame for the move.

Mischa's publicist admits production can't begin without her, and insists the actress must fully recover before she returns to work.

The representative reportedly said: "Her participation will ultimately be contingent upon her progress and doctor's orders."

Mischa was placed under a 5150 hold - meaning she poses a danger to herself or others - last Wednesday (15.07.09) after friends reportedly became worried she was suicidal. It has been alleged the actress has been using drugs and alcohol to cope with her money problems and stuttering love life.

Filming is now scheduled to begin on July 31.

'The Beautiful Life', which is produced by Ashton Kutcher, focuses on a group of models living together in New York.

Mischa, 23, will play a supermodel who is desperate to be successful and struggles to cope with the pressures of working in the fashion world.

Sienna Miller's radio rage

Sienna Miller launched into a foul-mouthed rant after being quizzed about her love life.

The 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' actress flew into a rage and told a radio host to "p**s off" when asked if she is still dating on/off lover Balthazar Getty.

During a phone interview with Australian radio station Fox FM, Sienna fumed: "You've called us scrags, b****es, knocked-up. We are not here to talk about him [Getty]. But, yes, I know him and everything is good, thank you.

"What a scoop! Congratulations! You are really, really clever!"

Radio host Adam Richard tried to apologise for upsetting the 27-year-old blonde star by saying: "I didn't mean to step on your toes."

However, Sienna refused to calm down and snapped back: "You're going there."

Last month, it was claimed Sienna had reunited with married actor Balthazar.

The 'Brothers and Sisters' actor reportedly whisked the British star off to Italy for romantic break.

Balthazar, 34, and Sienna sparked outrage when they were first linked last July.

His wife Rosetta Millington - who has four children with the billionaire actor - subsequently split from the star, but they are yet to divorce.

Victoria Beckham's business success

Victoria Beckham wants to stay in US for the sake of her career.

The former Spice Girls star is desperate to remain in Los Angeles with her husband David Beckham and their three sons - Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six and four-year-old Cruz - while she concentrates on her thriving fashion business.

According to Britain's Hello! magazine, the 35-year-old fashion icon - who has her own denim brand, dVb Style - will to appear on the cover of a prestigious US publication later this year.

A source said: "It's all been kept very hush-hush, but she's going to be a cover star in the autumn. To say it's a huge coup is an understatement. For Victoria to have achieved that, for her own business successes, means she's considered a superstar in her own merits. She is beyond thrilled."

The British star is now determined to enjoy family life in Hollywood.

The source added: "The boys adore the lifestyle and have made really good friends. They're getting good grades and glowing report cards, so uprooting them is the last thing

on their parents' minds."

Jessica Biel's lengthy work-outs

Jessica Biel spends five hours a day exercising.

The Hollywood actress - who is dating 'SexyBack' singer Justin Timberlake - works hard to maintain her svelte figure because she feels under pressure to look good for movie roles.

She said: "I've worked out five hours, sometimes more, in a single day, if I'm in training for a film role or something. And it's hard - it's very hard!"

Despite her gruelling exercise schedule, the 27-year-old beauty has to make sacrifices with food too and often only eats controlled meal portions.

She explained: "You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don't live by the idea that you can't allow yourself a treat.

"I say, 'Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions.' I always cut things in half and send half back. I'm not perfect, I don't always do those things, but that's the goal."

"Do I eat dessert? You know, if there's something I want to try then I try it. But I have a bite, not the whole thing. That's what you have to do."

Robert Pattinson too busy to drive

Robert Pattinson has lost his car.

The 'Twilight' actor can't recall where he left the vehicle, despite it being incredibly important to him, after his hectic filming and travelling schedule left him disorganised.

He is reported as saying: "I don't even remember where I left my car. It's probably been towed away by now.

"It's upsetting because it was the first car I ever bought. It made me feel like a man, buying a car."

This is not the first time Robert has had problems with cars.

Last month, the 23-year-old star was hit by a taxi after being mobbed by a group of female fans.

The British star - who is in New York filming new movie 'Remember Me' - attempted to run across the road to escape the hoard of young girls and was clipped by a moving cab.

Fortunately, the driver slammed on his brakes upon impact and the heartthrob walked away from the incident unharmed.

"Twilight" sequel draws fangirls by the thousands

Taylor Lautner, left, Kristen Stewart, center, and Robert Pattinson, right, pose at a news conference held to promote their new film "Twilight: New Moon" at the Comic-Con International 2009 convention held in San Diego Thursday, July 23, 2009.

Most camped out overnight. Some spent two nights outside the San Diego Convention Center. They wore homemade T-shirts, made friends with fellow fans and talked about their allegiance to Team Edward or Team Jacob.

They are the "Twilight" fangirls, and they came to Comic Con by the thousands to see the movie's stars in person at a panel Thursday for the film's sequel.

Director Chris Weitz was joined by Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene.

High-pitched screams drowned out the introductions.

Those same shrill screams (of joy) also threatened to overwhelm the dialogue during the clip filmmakers showed.

The clip shows Jacob (Lautner) teaching Bella Swan (Stewart) how to ride a motorcycle, but she's distracted by visions of the vampire Edward (Pattinson) with whom she fell in love. She crashes, and Jacob takes off his shirt to soothe her wound, provoking more fangirl screams. Lautner famously gained more than 20 pounds of muscle since for the role.

Pattinson, who was greeted with adoring screams when made his Comic Con debut with "Twilight" last year, said the event was "an eye-opener, and it's just gotten bigger and bigger since."

"None of us saw it coming," Lautner added.

"It's a little overwhelming to have so many people here," Stewart said, "but I guess it's a good thing."

Emma Watson reveals university choice

Emma Watson has announced which Ivy League school she'll be attending in the autumn.

The 19-year-old, who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise, previously said that she was attracted to American universities because of the anonymity she feels they can afford her.

The actress has now confirmed that she will be a student at Brown University in Rhode Island, People reports.

"I am [going to university in the autumn] - to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the USA. I've got a place there to read literature," she said.

Her choice of school was also accidentally leaked by co-star Daniel Radcliffe in an interview with The Guardian, after speculation grew following her tour of US schools last October.

Watson recently admitted that she hoped her college roommate wouldn't be a Potter fan.

Sienna Miller burns breasts

Sienna Miller burnt her cleavage while filming her new movie.

The actress - who plays femme fatal The Baroness in 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra' - suffered the embarrassing incident after getting too near to a controlled explosion.

She said: "Luckily it wasn't my breasts, it was the bit in-between. It got a bit burnt when an explosion got a bit close."

The blonde beauty also revealed she hated wearing her character's black leather catsuit.

She said: "I won't be wearing one again. Squeezing myself into that with the aid of talcum powder every day for five months was more than enough. I could barely move in it anyway."

Although Sienna is proud of the movie, she admits her acting abilities weren't really put to the test.

She added: "You know, 'G.I. Joe', it's not going to be the best acting work we've ever done."

Sienna recently admitted she found it hard learning to throw a punch convincingly.

She said: "The guys I'm fighting are all really tall - and I'm not. I have to kick a lot of them in the head, so just learning to kick very high was a challenge. Learning fights and looking like you're a good fighter is hard."

Scarlett Johansson, currently filming Iron Man 2, stars in Spain's international fashion brand Mango's Autumn/Winter 2009 campaign.

During the photo shoot, which took place in Los Angeles, the actress models the brand's new garments.

Johansson looks radiant and sensual in the lens of renowned photographer Mario Sorrenti, with styling advice from Mango's creative director and board member Damin Snchez. Hair and make-up are by Bob Recine and Aaron de Mey, respectively.

She offers up a typical 1980s look for the campaign: Shoulders are emphasized in suit jackets and outerwear, while the silhouette remains narrow with skinny-fit trousers, leggings and pencil skirts.

Johansson has shown great versatility in her acting and her talent has been recognized by such prestigious directors as Woody Allen, Christopher Nolan, Robert Redford, Brian De Palma and Sofia Coppola.

The actress is also determined to make an impression in the music industry and the release of an album of duets with Pete Yorn is scheduled in September.

Katie Price has Cowell crush

Katie Price wants to bed Simon Cowell.

The 31-year-old glamour model - who split from husband Peter Andre in May - is ready for a new man in her life and has set her sights on the 49-year-old music mogul.

When asked which famous men she finds attractive, Katie - also known as Jordan - replied: "Who knows? Maybe Simon Cowell. I wouldn't mind a bit."

The mother-of-three also revealed she wants to bed England soccer star Frank Lampard, who she has claimed to have had a fling with in the past, as well as Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo.

She said: "There's actually quite a few soccer players I'd do.

"Ronaldo... I'd probably go back to Frank Lampard, finish what I started!"

Katie - who claimed she was "devastated" when Peter called time on their marriage - insists she's "never been happier" and has blamed the 'Mysterious Girl' singer's jealously for driving them apart.

She said in an interview with Britain's Glamour magazine: "I went on holiday alone and felt fine. But then he would ring and the stress of speaking to him would make my head go all dizzy again.

"My friends used to ask how I coped, because they could see what he was like to me."

Meanwhile, Katie enjoyed a night out on Saturday (18.07.09) to celebrate friend Michelle Heaton's 30th birthday.

The group started off at London's Mayfair Hotel before heading to nightclub Studio Valbonne, Mo*vida, The Shadow Lounge and Balans.

However, the evening started off on a sour note for Katie when she clashed with a fan at the Mayfair Hotel.

An onlooker said: "The girl came over to Jordan and Michelle's table and said she just wanted to say happy birthday to Michelle, as it was her birthday too.

"But Jordan just snapped at her, 'Cut the c**p. Take the photo and f**k off.'

"The poor girl looked stunned and walked back to her party, holding back the tears."

Butt spy Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt has joked he takes photos of "other people's wives' butts".

The 'Inglorious Basterds' actor claims he would never take a sneaky picture of his long-term partner Angelina Jolie's behind, but is happy to appreciate the shapely rears of married women.

When asked what he thought of Ashton Kutcher posting a photo of his wife Demi Moore's butt on his Twitter account, Brad laughed: "Don't take a picture of your wife's butt. That's silly. Take pictures of other people's wives' butts."

Brad, who was giving advice in a spoof column for Wired magazine, also warned against posting photographs of your genitals on the internet.

The 45-year-old Hollywood hunk claims it is acceptable to send text messages while using the bathroom, but urged people to ensure they press the right buttons to prevent an embarrassing incident.

Brad said: "You should only text in the bathroom. Just be sure you don't hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don't want those followers."

Although Brad - who raises six children with Angelina - condones sending text messages while on the toilet, he would never make a phone call.

He added: "No, you can't talk on the phone in the bathroom! Do you want the guy next to you to hear your entire conversation?"

Sandra Bullock admits she is "hard to handle".

The 'Proposal' actress is lucky to have her husband Jesse James because he accepts for who she is.

The 44-year-old star - who is stepmother to Jesse's three children - said: "Thankfully, I married someone who loves me just the way I am - and all the nuttiness that goes into to me.

"As long as he has his coffee and reads his newspapers in the morning then he can handle me."

Although she has found someone who loves her just as she is, Sandra admits it hasn't always been that way and says she was ignored by boys at school because she wasn't classically beautiful.

She explained: "I was rejected in school because I didn't look like the big-breasted, beautiful girls. I was awkward and sad. My mother always said, 'Be original!', but I didn't understand until I changed to be like everyone else. Once I did fit in, I was like, 'What have I done?'

"I realised that my friends before were much cooler, with a great sense of humour and a way of looking at the world that was more fun."

Charming heart-throb Robert Pattinson performs in the new movie "Little Ashes". Now the nude pics of the movie have released.

The movie starts in 1920s , 18 years old Salvador Dali (Robert Pattinson) becomes a freshman of his favorite university determined to become a great artist. His bizarre blend of shyness and rampant exhibitionism attracts the attention of two of the university's social elite - Federico Garcia Lorca and Luis Bunel.

However as time passes, Salvador feels and increasingly strong pull towards the charismatic Federico - who is himself oblivious of the attentions he is getting from his beautiful writer friend, Magdalena. In the face of his friends' preoccupations - and Federico's growing renown as a poet - Luis sets off for Paris in search of his own artistic success.

Federico and Salvador spend the holiday in the sea-side town of Cadaques. Both the idyllic surroundings and the warmth of the Dali family sweep Federico off his feet. Salvador and Frederico draw closer, sharing their deepest beliefs, inspirations and secrets, convinced that they have found a kind of friendship not dreamed of by others. It is more that a meeting of the minds; it is a fusion of souls.

Katy Perry's creative men

Katy Perry will only date creative men.

The 'Waking Up in Vegas' singer - who is in anon-off romance with Gym Class Heroes rapper Travis McCoy - needs to be in a relationship with a man who has a similar outlook on life to her.

Katy said: "These days I'm attracted to creative men - musicians or artists who are able to express intense emotions through their work. How they look is secondary to how they stimulate me mentally.

"In high school, hunky was good enough for me and that's how I ended up in a relationship with a golfer who was just about to turn pro. I had no interest in golf and he had no interest in music. We had absolutely nothing in common. It was doomed to fail and it did after a few months. No more golfers for me."

The 24-year-old star - who is famed for her raunchy songs and stage routines - also vowed to stop her wild ways when she starts to get old.

She told Britain's Live! magazine: "I plan to grow old gracefully rather than disgracefully.

I'm not planning to be a mad, drunken old woman. I aspire to a state of grace in my later years. I'll be the perfectly nice old lady next door who looks after your cat when you're away."

Britney Spears' live boredom

Britney Spears continually changes her stage show to stop herself getting "bored".

The 'Womanizer' singer - who is currently completing the European leg of her 'Circus' tour - continually changes her set list and introduces new dance routines to ensure her performances are always fresh.

She explained: "We have a song called 'Mannequin' that we're adding to the show, which I'm really, really excited about, so it should be interesting. We have to update the show or it gets really boring."

The 27-year-old singer is currently in the French capital Paris, and admits it is one of her favourite cities.

She said: "It's going really well so far, I'm having a lot of fun. I'm very excited to be in Paris. It's one of the most beautiful places I've been to so far. It's very cool."

Britney isn't only changing her routines for her European fans, she's also making some alterations to her upcoming North America shows.

She explained to 'Entertainment Tonight': "We've changed up a couple of numbers in the show, so that's going to make it a lot more fun for me and the dancers. It'll be cool."

"It's really refreshing to see Cheryl Cole beating curvy bikini goddess Kelly Brook to second place, and for the Brits to make the top 10, alongside Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie and Beyonce Knowles."

`Summer' a clever spin on classic boy-meets-girl

In this film publicity still released by Fox Searchlight, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, left, and Zooey Deschanel are shown in a scene from '500 Days of Summer.'

Boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy tries to win girl back: It's a tale you've heard a million times before. But it's told in such a relatable, inventive way in "500 Days of Summer," it almost feels like the first time.

It is the first time for director Marc Webb, who puts his music video and commercial background to good use with stylish tactics that are lively — a cheeky dance sequence, perfect song choices, a clever use of split screen — but never feel gratuitous.

And the script from Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber keeps things moving by jumping back and forth in time between Day 500, Day 1 and everywhere in between; the structure also creates a feeling of curiosity throughout, because we know this relationship is doomed, we just don't know how it falls apart.

We watch it all unfold with bemusement and dread through the lovelorn eyes of Joseph Gordon-Levitt's Tom Hansen, a would-be architect toiling away at a greeting card company. (So maybe it's a bit convenient that Tom, who has immature, idealistic notions about love, should make his living writing facile platitudes on the subject. Surely an education is in store for him.)

Tom thinks he's found the perfect woman in Summer Finn (Zooey Deschanel), his boss' beautiful new assistant who's just arrived in Los Angeles. One look at those big, blue eyes and he's instantly smitten; this is the lovely Deschanel, after all, so who could blame him? Her alluring, mysterious presence is just the right fit here.

"500 Days of Summer" allows Tom to regale us with memories of this life-altering romance — and because they're his memories, told entirely from his perspective, they're more than a little romanticized in both the highs and lows. But that's part of the film's charm: the spot-on observation that everything seems magnified and it matters more when it's happening to us. (Tom's closest friends and sounding boards, played by Geoffrey Arend and Matthew Gray Gubler, aren't particularly helpful — or funny, for that matter.)

Summer has fantastic taste in everything — all the same stuff Tom likes — but there's also a classic femininity to her, with the bows and headbands she wears in her long, dark hair and the girlish frocks in her signature color of pale blue. But again, this is the way Tom remembers her. The downtown L.A. production number he and a bunch of strangers burst into after his first night with Summer — to Hall & Oates' "You Make My Dreams Come True," of all songs — is infectious and inspired. Later, at a dark point, the Smiths' "Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want" captures his emotions just as precisely.

Why she turns suddenly cold is baffling to him, and to us; she told him at the start that she didn't want anything serious, but it all seemed to be going so well. Then again, she's meant to be an elusive concept. Like the season she's named for, she clearly can't stick around forever.

Through every moment of jubilation and anxiety, Gordon-Levitt makes us feel for him; he's still so appealing even when he's miserable, you almost don't want to see him succeed. You could imagine John Cusack playing this role 20 years ago: Gordon-Levitt, co-star of TV's "3rd Rock From the Sun" and films including "Brick" and "The Lookout," has a similar everyman likability and determination, but he's just as adept at showing a deeper, more vulnerable side.

Unlike the whirlwind romance of "500 Days of Summer," this is a career that's clearly made to last.

"500 Days of Summer," a Fox Searchlight release, is rated PG-13 for sexual material and language. Running time: 96 minutes. Three stars out of four.

Emma Watson to star in Manson musical

Actress Emma Watson arrives for the premiere of the film "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" in New York July 9, 2009.

Emma Watson is teaming up with Marilyn Manson for a new film.

The 'Harry Potter' actress is reportedly set to star as a princess in a gothic musical reworking of 'Cinderella', which is currently being written by the outrageous rocker.

A source said: "Emma really wants to show there's more to her talents than playing Hermione Granger. She's saw how Daniel Radcliffe managed to branch out into something completely different when he starred in 'Equus' and thinks this could do the same for her - after all, who'd guess she's want to team with Marilyn Manson, of all people."

Emma recently revealed she has no plans to take on any more acting work unless she feels as strongly about the project as she did with 'Harry Potter'.

She said: "I don't have a burning passion for acting.

"Until something comes along that I feel as strongly about as I did Hermione - like, I felt that it was life or death - I don't want to act again."

The 19-year-old star is planning to move to America to attend university later this year but doesn't believe it will have any impact on her work, if the right role comes along.

She explained: "Jodie Foster did it, Natalie Portman did it. I think it's entirely possible to juggle university with filming.

"I actually think going to university will make me a better actress. The experience of living like that, working to deadlines, living with other students. It's all the things I want."

Green fingered Sienna Miller

Sienna Miller is a keen gardener.

The 27-year-old star - who is regularly called one of the world's most beautiful women - loves nothing better than getting dirty in the grass and mud because it helps keep her grounded.

She said: "I love cooking and I'm trying to make my place in the country self-sufficient - I'm planting a vegetable patch. I love having that balance in my life, which can get a bit crazy. I like to hang out with friends and family too."

Sienna - who plays The Baroness in new movie 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra' - also revealed she has no plans to quit the UK for Los Angeles for the sake of career, because she would miss her family.

She said: "I still live in London and, while I love it in Los Angeles, England will always be my home. My dogs are there, my cottage is there and my family's there. Plus, I love a good pub."

Jessica Simspon's ageing pleasure

Jessica Simpson loves getting older.

The 'With You' singer celebrated her 29th birthday on Friday (10.07.09) and while her planned Barbie party failed to happen, the blonde beauty is enjoying being one step closer to turning 30.

She wrote her Twitter page: "barbie party didn't happen, but i turned 29 and feel like i am on top of the world yelling I LOVE GETTING OLDER (sic)."

Jessica - who is dating American footballer Tony Romo - had wanted a Barbie and Ken themed soiree in honour of the iconic doll and her long-term beau.

She had even messaged Emmy Rossum on Twitter about the bash telling the actress: "can't wait to see your costume on the 10th! birthday evite coming soon:) you are always the best dressed!!! (sic)."

However, the party never happened and Jessica celebrated her birthday with family and friends.

Tony - who has been romancing Jessica since November 2007 - recently revealed their dream date is watching American football.

When asked to describe his perfect date, Tony, who is the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, said: "A little bite to eat and probably watch a football game!"

Nicole Scherzinger's music priority

Nicole Scherzinger thinks music is more important than sex.

The Pussycat Dolls star - who is currently dating Formula one star Lewis Hamilton - says performing and writing songs is her priority in life.

She said: "Sex is not important to me but making love is... but music is more important. Having my relationship so much in the spotlight definitely makes things interesting."

Nicole also revealed she has become happier over the years by not placing too much pressure on herself.

She told Britain's Observer newspaper: "Yes, I'm happy. It's hard because you always want the next thing; you're always expecting so much of life and of yourself - but I've really learned in the past year how to be happy in the moment."

Although she's happy with life at the moment, Nicole has not ruled out using therapy in the future if things become too much for her.

She said: "I've never had it, but I'd consider it for the future, sure. I would use whatever help was available - I think we all should."
