Clooney smokes out new production home at Sony

George Clooney has lined up a new home for his production company.

Clooney and producing partner Grant Heslov's Smoke House Pictures is in final negotiations on a two-year development and production deal with Sony Pictures, studio Co-Chairwoman Amy Pascal said Tuesday.

For many years, Clooney had been set up at Warner Bros., first with his Section Eight partnership with Steven Soderbergh and later with Smoke House. Clooney said he felt like "part of a family" at Warner.

"I'm leaving a terrific company and a lot of dear friends. They're a class act," said Clooney, 48, who called Sony a "perfect match" for Smoke House. "Grant Heslov and I hope to deliver the kind of films that will make them proud."

While at Warner, Clooney won a supporting-actor Academy Award for "Syriana" and had a best-director nomination the same year for "Good Night, and Good Luck," which Heslov produced.

Smoke House still has half a dozen projects in development at Warner Bros. that will remain there. Future Clooney and Heslov projects will be developed at Sony.

"We couldn't be more excited to be in business with them," Pascal said. "The broad range of quality projects they have championed and the compelling and sometimes provocative material they support says everything about their company and their creative aspirations."

George Clooney moving in with waitress

George Clooney is to move in with his new cocktail-waitress girlfriend.

The Hollywood hunk - who has been dating 23-year-old Lucy Wolvert for two months - is reportedly so smitten with the blonde beauty he wants to move her into his Los Angeles mansion so he can see her everyday.

According to the MailOnline website, a source said: "They've started out casual, but things are moving fast and she's told friends they're planning to spend a large part of the summer together. She's talking about moving in with George in Los Angeles which is pretty amazing considering they've only known each other a couple of months."

The couple reportedly first got together while George was filming his forthcoming movie 'Up In The Air' in Miami Beach, Florida.

However, friends of Lucy's are concerned the 48-year-old actor - who reportedly flies to see her in Miami every weekend - will break her heart.

The source continued: "Lucy is totally smitten with George and he's drawn to her in a passionate way. Everyone's just hoping it lasts and she doesn't get her heart broken."

The aspiring model has reportedly already been warned to be more discreet about the blossoming romance after she gossiped about George's bedroom techniques with friends.

The source added: "Besides being an amazing lover, Lucy says George is a true gentleman who really knows how to treat a lady."

Last year, George ended his year-long relationship to other cocktail waitress Sarah Larson.

George Clooney takes his sexiness seriously

George Clooney says it's a huge responsibility being sexy.

The Ocean's Eleven actor - who is regularly voted the world's sexiest man - dedicates a lot of time to his appearance as he wants to protect his reputation.

He said: "I spend at least three or four hours a day in the bathroom. Being sexy day and night is a big responsibility. And I like taking it!"

The handsome actor is also worried about losing his hair as he thinks it will affect his sex appeal.

He said: "I can only talk about my own experiences. With me, it's the hair. If you have beautiful and strong hair, then you're successful with women. In the case of hair loss, it's all over."

George - who recently split with girlfriend Sarah Larson - also insisted he doesn't deserve his playboy reputation because he isn't afraid of commitment.

The 47-year-old star, who has been married once before, told In Touch Weekly magazine: "For a long time I took every chance to say that I was not going to marry again. So I became very careful after a failed marriage. But am I afraid of committing? It's never occurred to me. What do people say, 'A good wife at the cooker is worth gold'!

"I'm not a playboy. If I had been with all the women that I was said to have been with, I wouldn't have had the time to shoot one single movie!"
