Taylor Swift gets fan inspiration

Taylor Swift gets her style inspiration from her fans.

The 'Love Story' singer - who was recently named as the new face of cosmetic brand CoverGirl - says she looks at what other girls are wearing and gets ideas from them.

She said: "I'm a big people-watcher. When I see a girl walking down the street wearing a really cool necklace or an outfit that's put together in a way I wouldn't have thought of, it's inspiring to me. Also, girls come through my meet and greet lines every night wearing dresses or outfits I love. That's really my favourite way to be inspired by fashion."

Taylor, 20, was thrilled to sign-up to front the CoverGirl campaigns as make-up is something she has always loved as it can transform her look.

She told People magazine: "I love make-up. When I go on stage, I get to play with my look and try on all kinds of different colours - try red lips tonight, purple eyeshadow tomorrow. You get to play around with all these different characters, and I think that's one of my favourite things about makeup - you can put on a new character."

Although she is promoting cosmetics, Taylor has no plans to launch a clothing range.

She said: "I'm not planning on a fashion line right now. I'm really wrapped up in recording and writing my next album, so I've only taken on a few extra things lately. I love fashion and dressing up for red carpets, but I want to wait until I have enough time to dedicate to something like that."

Britney Spears' Candie's collection

Britney Spears has created her own fashion line.

The 'Toxic' singer has teamed up with fashion house Candie's - who she has previously modelled for - to create a limited-edition collection of apparel and accessories for the teen and tween brand, which go on sale this summer.

Britney tweeted: "At my photo shoot for the limited edition collection I designed for Candie's! I think you guys will love it!"

A spokesperson for the label confirmed the Britney Candie's collection - which will be available from Kohl's stores in the US and kohls.com - and said the pieces will reflect Britney's personal style, with prices ranging from $24 to $58.

Britney will also continue to model for Candie's and will appear in her own clothes in another set of ads for her collection, which will be due in the autumn.

Other celebrities to successfully start clothing lines include Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen; Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B line; Jennifer Lopez's Sweetface brand; Kate Moss, who designs for Topshop and Justin Timberlake, who has his William Rast clothing line.

Jennifer Aniston on baby food diet

Jennifer Aniston has reportedly been eating baby food in a bid to shape up.

The actress wanted to shift some weight before she flew out to Hawaii to shoot new movie 'Just Go With It' so enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who recommended The Baby Food Cleanse eating plan, which involves 14 portions of pureed food a day followed by a healthy adult dinner.

It is said to have worked for Jennifer - who has previously admitted to enjoying dairy, coffee and wine - as she has lost 7lbs.

A source told Britain's Grazia magazine: "While in Europe last month, Jen had relaxed her usually strict diet regime. She knew she had been indulging, and seeing as her upcoming role required her to wear lots of little dresses, she wanted to be at her physical peak."

Tracy - whose celebrity clients include Gwyneth Paltrow and Courteney Cox Arquette - is very impressed with Jennifer's progress.

She said: "She's doing really well. Nobody says they only want one specific thing changed. They want the whole toning package."

The diet includes fruit smoothies, pureed oatmeal and pears with cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens and a dinner of lean meats and vegetables and Tracy swears by the eating plan.

A source said: "Tracy is all about 'clean eating', which means no oils, spices or salt. With 'baby eating', the food is easily processed by the body. Tracy believes efficient digestion equals quick weight loss. But this is a temporary diet for shifting a few pounds quickly, before going back to a normal, healthy eating plan."

Mila Kunis gets 'hobbit' taunts

Mila Kunis gets called a "hobbit" by her friends.

The actress - who measures in at a mere 5 ft 4ins - gets constantly teased for being short but insists she is taller than most people think.

She said: "My friends call me hobbit. I come across shorter than I am. People will say, 'You're not five foot four.' And I'll say, 'People, I know my height.' I'm constantly winning bets - hundreds of dollars."

Hobbits are the diminutive characters from the 'Lord of the Rings' books and films.

Mila - who voices the character Meg Griffin in animated TV series 'Family Guy' - has also denied claims she has had plastic surgery, insisting if she were to go under the knife she wouldn't be embarrassed to admit it.

She added in an interview with the June issue of Esquire magazine, out this week: "Where are my boobs? If I were going to get plastic surgery, I'd get some real work done."

The 26-year-old star is slowly becoming aware of the internet phenomenon of "Meg porn" - which depicts the cartoon character in various compromising positions.

The 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' actress said: "I was at the Emmys last year, and I was in a really ladylike dress, and I felt like a lady, and I opened my phone and someone had sent me these pictures of Meg getting it on with the dog. That was my introduction to Meg porn."

Difficult old lady Brooke Shields

Brooke Shields intends to be very "difficult" for her children when she gets older.

The 'Furry Vengeance' star - who has two daughters, Rowan, six, and four-year-old Grier, with husband Chris Henchy - says she always wanted at least two children because they would both be able to look after her in her advancing years rather than just having one to cope with all the pressure.

Brooke - who was an only child - told You magazine: "One of the reasons I wanted to have more than one child was so there wouldn't just be one to deal with me. because I intend to make it very difficult for them when I'm older. Why not?"

Although the 44-year-old actress would love another baby, she is worried time is running out on her biological clock.

She said: "I'd love more kids. I don't know how much longer my clock is going to tick, so it's going to depend on my egg age."

Brooke - who had a difficult childhood which involved having an alcoholic mother - claimed her own experiences had made her work hard to ensure her kids had the best childhood.

She said: "What I've built for myself with my husband and my children, I feel so strong with it. I made really healthy choices. My mum was. great, you know. she was a crazy alcoholic but she was also fierce in protecting me. What I could rely on was her commitment to me."

Mural muse Kate Moss

Kate Moss has commissioned Banksy to paint a mural in her mansion.

The supermodel - who recently splashed out on a top-of-the-range sauna and steam room for her £7 million north London home - is paying the British guerrilla artist £150,000 to create a custom-made "eclectic" painting of her on a wall inside her home.

A source said: "Kate is a big fan of Banksy and has several prints of his, plus a few originals, at her home. He has even done a portrait of Moss herself. She explained exactly what she wanted and Banksy gave her a quote. It wasn't cheap.

"Kate asked for an entire wall to be painted, showing Kate on the catwalk at all stages of her career - from a fresh-faced 16 year old to her last appearance earlier this year. It is pretty eclectic. Banksy has even been given a set of keys so he can let himself in."

The 36-year-old catwalk beauty - who has asked for the painting to also feature a number of well known faces including her friends Sadie Frost, Naomi Campbell and Lily Allen - expects the artwork to increase the value of her home.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Kate hopes the Banksy artwork, in addition to the work in her loft, will at least add £200,000 to the value of her house. She has thought all this through and hopes to make a considerable profit when she eventually sells up."
