Angelina Jolie is like a tiger.

The 'Changeling' actress - who has one of the creatures tattooed on her back - says they are her favourite animal and she would be "honoured" if anyone compared her to them.

She explained: "My favourite animal is the tiger. I like them because they are very independent creatures, they are majestic and they always move forward. Their tactic is to attack, not defend.
"So I wouldn't mind if I was compared to a tiger, it would be well received and I'd feel honoured.
"Besides, every woman has something of a tiger inside her and so do I."

The 33-year-old star - who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt - also confessed she is useless around the home.

She added to Britain's OK! magazine: "Honestly, I'm not a very good housewife but luckily Brad is great in the house. He has a good eye for structure and architecture. For example, we love to share breakfast, all of us, so we have an excellent place with a lot of light."

When not dining together, Angelina likes to encourage her children to be active, and is already helping them learn how to defend themselves.

She explained: "I love martial arts. They are ideal for children because they teach them discipline and perseverance. In fact, my son is already starting to go to class.

"Physical exercise is ideal, it's much better than sitting in front of the TV or the computer screen.

"I like all of Bruce Lee's films, he was the best. I also like Jackie Chan a lot, my kids are Jackie Chan fans."

John Travolta's 16-year-old son dies in Bahamas

John Travolta's teenage son, Jett, died in the Bahamas after apparently suffering a seizure and hitting his head at his family's vacation home, authorities said Friday. A house caretaker found Jett, 16, unconscious in a bathroom late Friday morning. He was taken by ambulance to a Freeport hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Police Superintendent Basil Rahming said in a statement.

The teenager had last been seen entering the bathroom on Thursday and had a history of seizures, according to the statement. An autopsy is planned.

Family attorney Michael Ossi said in a statement that Jett died suddenly on Friday. Publicists Samantha Mast and Paul Block released the statement but could not be reached for additional comment.

A local police source said Jett apparently hit his head on the bathtub.

Jett was the oldest child of Travolta, 54, and his wife, actress Kelly Preston, 46, who also have an 8-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.

Preston has said that Jett became very sick when he was 2 years old and was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, an illness that leads to inflammation of the blood vessels in young children. She blamed household cleaners and fertilizers, and said that a detoxification program based on teachings from the Church of Scientology helped improve his health, according to People magazine.

It is unclear whether Jett was taking any medications for his seizures.

The Scientology Celebrity Center in Los Angeles declined to comment. Both Travolta and Preston are practicing Scientologists.

A spokeswoman for Rand Memorial Hospital in Freeport said she could not release any information because of privacy concerns.

The family had arrived in the Bahamas on a private plane Tuesday and was vacationing at their home in the Old Bahama Bay resort community.

"The Travolta family has become like family to us at Old Bahama Bay and we extend our deepest sympathies to them," said Robert Gidel, president of Ginn Resorts, the property's owner.

Family friend and Tampa-based attorney Michael McDermott told the Ocala Star-Banner on Friday that Travolta was "broken up" and noted that "Kelly's very quiet."

"Just say a prayer for them," he added. "That's all you can do at this point."

McDermott said that one of Travolta's close associates was making funeral arrangements in Ocala, Florida, where Travolta has a home.

Travolta, who gained fame as Vinnie Barbarino on the 1970s television show "Welcome Back, Kotter" and the 1977 film "Saturday Night Fever," went on to become one of Hollywood's biggest names. He married Preston in 1991.

A television actress, Preston appeared with Travolta in the 2000 film "Battlefield Earth," based on a novel by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.

Universal Pictures movies set new box office record in 2008

Universal Pictures said on Friday that its movies' ticket sales set a new record last year, when the entertainment industry as a whole began to feel the worst economic downturn in decades.

The studio reported global theatrical grosses totaling 2.8 billion dollars for 2008, including 1.12 billion in the U.S. and Canada, eclipsing the 2007 record of nearly 1.1 billion dollars.

Internationally, Universal saw a significant jump in box office revenues in 2008, with a total of 1.71 billion dollars, a 66-percent increase from the 1.03 billion dollars in the previous year.

"If 2007 was a turnaround year for Universal, 2008 proved our studio's ability to consistently deliver the highest quality commercial hits," Universal Chairman Marc Shmuger and Co-Chairman David Linde said in a statement.

All numbers are estimates, and final figures are expected on Monday.

Universal released four films that grossed more than 100 million dollars in the U.S. and Canada in 2008, including "The Incredible Hulk," "Wanted," "Mamma Mia!" and "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor."

"Mamma Mia!," a musical starring Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan, was the studio's biggest earner of the year, making 144 million dollars domestically and 428.5 million dollars internationally.

The film is the highest grossing film ever in the United Kingdom, a record held previously by "Titanic." It was also the highest grossing film of 2008 in Austria, Greece, Hungary, Norway and Sweden.

Eva Longoria will always try to expose cheating men.

The 'Desperate Housewives' actress says she would not hesitate to uncover anyone she witnesses getting close to a person who isn't their partner.

When asked how she would break the news, Eva said: "I'd tell her. I would probably take a picture with my camera phone first. It's tough, because sometimes people kill the messenger. But I think the truth always comes out, regardless of who tells us."

Eva - who is married to basketball player Tony Parker - has also given tips on how women should go about finding the perfect partner.

She added: "Just get out there and meet people. I think sometimes women are stuck in a type. I've never dated the same type. I fall in love with personalities, and they come in different packages."

Eva, 33, also says in her relationship she is a doting wife, adding to America's Glamour magazine: "I'm really a very fifties housewife. I love having dinner ready and making sure Tony's clothes are ironed and he's packed and ready when he goes on road trips.

"I'm the gardener, I definitely nurture. Tony is the flower. But there are times when Tony takes care of me in an emotional sense. But I love to take care of him."

Victoria Beckham' lawyer dream

The former Spice Girl - who has three sons, Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and three-year-old Cruz, with soccer star husband David - is keen for one of the boys to enter into the legal profession in order to save her money.

She said: "I'd quite like one of them to become a lawyer. Although I don't care what any of them does as long as they are happy. But it would definitely be useful to have a lawyer in the family - me and David would save a fortune!"

However, it seems unlikely any of the boys will follow in their mother's footsteps and become a pop star.

Victoria, 34, recently revealed none of her sons will listen to the Spice Girls' albums.

She said: "Brooklyn just loves The Beatles. I can't get him to listen to any of my records, though!"
