Lady Gaga suffers stage sickness

Lady Gaga is sick before every performance.

The 'Poker Face' singer suffers from severe stage fright because she is so worried the show won't go well.

She said: "I'm very bossy. I don't move on. I vomit in the bathroom before every show. I can scream my head off if I see one light fixture out. I'm very detailed - every minute of the show has got to be perfect. I want to grab the audience by the balls.

"This show has made me quite mental. But my focus is on the work. Not on the celebration."

Gaga also insists she continues to maintain her outrageous stage persona even when she isn't performing.

She added to the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper: "The biggest misconception about me is I'm a character or a persona. That when the lights and cameras turn off, I turn into a pumpkin. It's simply not true. I make music and art and design all day long. Yes, I wash my face and go to sleep but when I wake up, I am always Lady Gaga."

Cameron Diaz dating Maroon singer

Cameron Diaz is dating Adam Levine.

The 'My Sister's Keeper' actress - who recently split from her British model boyfriend Paul Sculfor after a year-long relationship - and the Maroon 5 frontman were spotted enjoying an intimate lunch at Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont's restaurant on Saturday (16.05.09).

A source said: "They looked really excited to be together. It didn't seem like the first time they met - they were comfortable with each other. Cameron was laughing at all of Adam's jokes and they seemed like such a perfect match. They were even dressed alike!"

Cameron and Adam arrived at the up-market eatery at around 1pm, and stayed for about an hour.

Earlier this month, it was reported the 36-year-old actress and Paul, 38, had decided to split after disagreeing over where they should live.

A source said at the time: "They have fallen out of love. They didn't seem to find time for each other anymore.

"Paul is not too enamoured by Los Angeles and wants to be where his friends are. Cameron thought she could settle in England but missed her old life too much. The romance just died."

Zhang Ziyi shows care for children

Actress Zhang Ziyi made a brief visit on Friday to dozens of orphaned children and teenagers in Deyang, Sichuan Province.

Zhang, who is an ambassador for the charity organization Care for Children, was warmly received by the kids there who called her "Ziyi sister".

After presenting gifts to the youngsters, Zhang Ziyi spent some time chatting with them.

"These children need to know that they are loved and are not alone," said the actress. "Only then will they not feel afraid of society or difficulties in life."

Soon after the trip, Zhang Ziyi will fly to Cannes, France, where she will be a judge in the short film section of the ongoing Cannes International Film Festival.
